Sign up for a Business Fax Number, then execute a Business Associate Agreement from your account before sending or receiving PHI — the agreement is reviewed and accepted in your dashboard, and NerdFax records exactly when it was executed. Every inbound fax is scanned for malware before it's stored, access to stored fax content is limited to your account, and retention windows are enforced automatically.
